6 Days a Week


Cardiovascular training, slow exercises such as 20 min of rigging, 30 min of rails or  jumping calisthenics with your trainer. In addition, good hacking rituals with and without stirrups.


That really depends on if you are a competitor or pleasure rider. Competitive riders should incorporate good hacking  rituals  6 days a week, in addition to rigging and  jumping exercises.  If you are a pleasure rider,  enjoy your hack as often as you like around your leisure schedule.
